1. Before you install the program, make sure you are disconnected from the internet. 2. Then click on the setup file to begin the installation. 3. Go through all the normal setup procedures, and when the program asks if you wish to start the program now just say no. 4. Copy the patch to the program files installation directory...C:\Program Files\VSO\....and apply the patch there. 5. Start program up and enjoy.
